This Official Certification will recognize the current rank and title of the Instructor.

All titles vary depending on rank level of his or her Korean Martial Art.

Dan Certification (Degree Certification)

There are 3 types of Dan (Degree) Black Belt Certification that the World Kidokwan Federation/Flowering Warrior Enterprises, LLC issues. Those are the following:

  1. Promoted
  2. Recognized
  3. Honored

Promotions of rank are done by the way of scheduled demonstrations/tests by Chief Master Robert J. Ott. These events are usually held once to twice per year with a panel of selected officials. Only members who have been with the federation for more then two years are able to apply and request for this type of service.

Recognized rank certification is more common and usually the first step for fellow Martial Artists who join the federation.

Lastly the federation issues honorable black belt certification to individuals who have demonstrated that of a Flowering Warrior through strength, courage and indomitable spirit. This is an award that shows the heart and spirit of a person who gives back to the community and makes a positive difference to all walks of life.

These certificates demonstrate history, philosophy and individualism. They are a true symbol of dedication for any instructor to have in his or her office.
